Flow Poster
Create professional product and price posters directly from Flow Admin.
Design once, print anywhere — in practically any format your store needs.
Flow Poster is available as an extension addon. Contact Flow Retail to get started.
What is this?
Flow Poster lets you generate and print product posters with pricing information directly from the POS. Whether you need larger shelf labels, promotional signs, or large window displays on print, Flow Poster handles it all with flexible templates that match your brand.
No more manual design work or switching between systems. Select your products, choose a template, generate the PDF, and print.
How does it work?
Flow Poster uses pre-designed templates alongside product data fetched from your Flow Retail catalog. Each template defines the layout, size, and which product information to display — such as name, price, campaign pricing, images, or barcodes.
Templates are stored per tenant and can be customized to support any paper size or layout your store requires.
When you're ready to print, Flow Poster generates the posters for all the selected products as a PDF, and then lets you print it, or send the PDF to a professional printing provider for improved paper quality.
You manage everything from Flow Retail Admin, where you can select products, choose templates, and preview posters before printing.
